I believe self-esteem is the root — the foundation of how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world. When we heal our self-worth, we heal our old wounds, transform our relationships, and we create lasting change.

I specialize in helping people break free from old patterns and step into lives that feel aligned, grounded, and real. No stuffy therapy talk. No surface-level tips. Just real conversations, deep healing, and a whole-person approach to growth.

I blend classic therapeutic frameworks (inspired by Virginia Satir, Brené Brown, and Esther Perel, CBT, DBT) with experiential and holistic healing — think talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and sound bowls — so your healing isn’t just mental, it’s emotional, physical, and spiritual, too.
