The Jigsaw Collection
The collection provides tools for different use cases, providing insightful prompts and intentional exercises to help individuals develop self-awareness, gain insights, and work through life's challenges, one piece of the "jigsaw puzzle" at a time. My vision is to create a series of resources, uniquely crafted by licensed therapists, to serve as non-judgmental companions on personal growth journeys.
The Jigsaw Collection was founded because I recognized the need for guidance and support beyond the therapy room. I discovered that many individuals could benefit from additional resources to work on various aspects of their lives, such as self-esteem, anxiety, shame, and emotional development. Inspired by this realization, The Jigsaw Collection was born.
